Why Should I Choose "Quality"?

A customer recently asked me this question, and this is what I had to say in response: My company, Quality Home Builders of ME LLC, believes that there is only one way to do anything, and that's... "THE RIGHT WAY"!  I am 100% dedicated to giving my customers the best possible home for their hard earned money. Whether you are looking to build a 27,000 square foot contemporary home, a 1,000 square foot ranch, or a 3,000 square foot real log cabin, my promise to you is that it will be the strongest, most efficient, and best looking home that you can comfortably afford. 

How do I do this? Unlike many other builders, I am on the job site every day, working for my customers, running the job-site, and controling quality. I am right there every day to oversee each and every step of the home building process, from the excavation, foundation, framing, roofing, plumbing, electrical, all the way to the finished product. This ensures that I see everything that is going on during the building of your home, and I always demand that the job is completed according to my tough standards. I only hire the best subcontractors, and I always use the best materials. I also assure you that, at a minimum, I build according to all applicable building codes.

On December 1, 2010 The State of Maine adopted the MUBEC (Maine Uniform Building and Energy Codes). These newly adopted codes are made up of the International Residential Building Codes (IRBC), the International Energy Conservation Codes (IECC) and the ASHRAE Standards(American  Society of Heating, Refrigeration, and Air-Conditioning Engineers Inc.). Unfortunately, while the State of Maine has adopted these codes, they are not "requiring" all towns to enforce them. In other words, most builders are not even paying any attention to them. They continue to allow shoddy work, and they are selling inferior homes. I guarantee that Quality Home Builders of ME, LLC uses these codes as a base, starting point, and we even go above and beyond the requirements in most cases. Without enforcement we don't "have" to build a better home, but WE DO, because it's
"The Right Way" to build!

 In addition to providing a superior home, I believe that most people work very hard for their money, so I'm not out to squeeze every penny that I can, out of your wallet. When compared to other builders, our prices typically fall somewhere in the middle range.
